How Vertex Vista collects and uses enquiry, booking, and analytics information, which processors we use, and your rights under Australian privacy law.

Who we are
Vertex Vista is an Australian AI automation agency. Email us at team@vertexvista.com.au. This policy covers vertexvista.co (the canonical site) and vertexvista.com.au.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your first name, last name, email, message, and optionally a company or website. We also record the page URL, your browser language and timezone, and any campaign tags on the link you used. When you book a discovery call, Cal.com collects your name, email, company or website, the outcome and service you choose, optional notes, any guests you add, and — if you pick a phone meeting — your phone number. If you Accept analytics, Google Analytics collects the page URL, referrer, coarse location, device and browser, and events such as enquiry sent or booking opened — not the values you type in forms.
Why we collect it
We use this information to reply, prepare for the call, keep a business record, and — if you Accept — understand which pages and conversion steps work. We do not sell your details or use them for advertising networks.
Processors
Netlify hosts the site. n8n runs the enquiry workflow. Google provides Gmail, Sheets, and Analytics. Cal.com provides booking.
Cookies
A first-party cookie remembers whether you Accepted or Declined analytics. Google Analytics cookies are set only after you Accept. Cal.com may set its own cookies when you open the discovery booking page.
Overseas disclosure
Some processors store data outside Australia, typically in the United States. We use them because hosting, mail, booking, and analytics are not operated from our own Australian servers.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept for 24 months after last correspondence, then deleted, unless we are still working together. Bookings are kept in Cal.com and our calendar for the working relationship and for 24 months after last contact. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months. We do not keep a separate server-log archive beyond what Netlify retains for operating the site.

Complaints
Email us first. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
